Awesome service! 👏 Rich really went the extra mile to help me pick out the perfect pool cue. I had to return a couple of cues since they weren't quite what I wanted, but in the end, I found the one that fits me just right. I'm absolutely loving it! It's the McDermott G302 with a G core 13mm shaft. This cue makes those tricky shots feel a lot easier because it's such a fantastic stick. I totally recommend Billiards King for all your billiards needs. Five stars from me! 🌟

I bought a Pure X low deflection pool cue, and it showed up way ahead of when I thought it would. I struggled a bit with controlling it since the shaft felt a tad too narrow and the weight seemed off. I reached out to Billiards King and had a chat with Rich. He recommended swapping out the shaft and tweaking the weight. After making those changes, the pool stick turned out to be just right. Their customer service is top-notch. Finally, someone who really cares about keeping customers happy. I’d totally buy from them again and will definitely tell others who are on the hunt for pool cues and gear.

"Looking for a budget-friendly little thing..."
I was on the hunt for a budget-friendly little thing (weight for que), so I shot them a message. To my surprise, I got a response in just a few minutes with all the info I required, including how to take out the old one and put in the new one. They even specified the size of the Allen wrench I’d need. Plus, they offered to send pictures if I needed extra assistance. For anything else I might need in the future, I’m definitely going to stick with the King. Quick shipping and fantastic service!

"Discovered a cue I had been searching for..."
I stumbled upon a cue on this site that I had been hunting for, and it was sold out everywhere else. Plus, it was on sale, which was just the icing on the cake. From when I placed my order to when it arrived, I think it took about 5 business days (7 days in total), so that was pretty quick. I’ll definitely be coming back for more pool gear in the future. 5/5

What a fantastic shopping experience! I made my order and got a call from them explaining that the extension wouldn’t work with the cue I had chosen. They also offered me some alternatives, and I ended up canceling my order since I wanted to buy both but it would stretch my budget too much. They were super honest about everything and canceled my order without any fuss. Later that same day, I placed a new order and I’m really pleased with my purchase because the shipping was quick and spot on. Big thanks for the excellent service during my shopping!

They were quick to respond and even rang me up within 10 minutes after I placed my order to inform me that the item I got wasn’t compatible with the cue I purchased from them. Really helpful folks, and I’ll surely be ordering from them again! 12/10 for customer service!!!

"Best place to shop for pool gear"
I recently got a new cue case and a moosehead bridge online, and I couldn't be more satisfied! The buying process was a breeze, the website was easy to use, and the delivery was super quick. I'm proudly flaunting my new case to all my buddies at the pool hall. They even threw in a cool branded fabric patch with my order, and I've stitched it onto my jacket already.
